Objectives are set to ensure the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement will be determined, maintained, and monitored by the leadership team. The quality policy is communicated and available to all members of the BCD Group team at all times. Training and development is an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives. This policy (along with the rest of our Business Management System) is reviewed by management at least annually to ensure success in achieving its aims and to recommend any improvements considered necessary with the objective of continually improving our quality.
