Lakefront Oasis in Cambridge

A lakefront oasis for both living and entertainment, the Lakewood Cambridge development is in full swing. Situated alongside Lake Te Koutu, the 10,000m2 GFA mixed use scheme will provide a variety of residential and commercial uses and become a premier lakefront destination in the heart of Cambridge.
The development consists of several blocks with residential apartments, a motel and townhouses along the lakefront and retail and commercial space behind. The first two blocks (B and F) of the development are nearing completion. Block B comprises of 16 pre-sold apartments with fully leased retail on the ground floor.
One block will comprise a Superliqour, Pita Pit, Bay Audiology, The Coffee Club, men’s barber and a sushi restaurant. The other block will comprise Snap Fitness, Nyriad, Vivo Hear and IT Repair outlet, MTF, Hells Pizza and Epiphany Donuts.
Construction on the remaining blocks is set to begin over the coming months. Other features of the development yet to be constructed are a medical centre, child care centre and 31 townhouses.
Lakewood is expected to be a huge opportunity for Cambridge and should help alleviate the pressure on the CBD and car parking.
