What is Building Information Modelling (BIM)?
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is emerging as a key change in the way building projects are designed, constructed and managed. In simple terms, BIM creates a 3D virtual construction environment that shows how all the elements of your project will interact over the entire life cycle of the built project. Combining the elements of design offers significant internal synergies and efficiencies. The result is a building that better serves its intended function, ultimately delivering more value to the end client and the people who use the building.
